Hi! I am Chiara Vincenzi, I am a fashion designer, artist, and educator. I am originally from Italy, relocated for love in the US. Before moving to the United States, I worked as a fashion designer, product designer, and graphic designer at multiple world-class fashion companies in Italy. I am currently working as Clinical Assistant Professor at the School of Art + Design, University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign where I teach fashion and textile classes.

My artistic work includes illustrations, hand-woven tapestries and wearable pieces. My experimental work focuses on the relation between the physical, tactical and natural vision of reality and the transcendent aspects of life. In my work I use mainly natural materials, recycled fibers, clothes, and textiles.
